Rocky Hill Little League will be fielding a number of “All-Star” teams in 2016. We expect that both Rocky Hill Baseball and Softball will field three teams each, one for each age group (9-10 year olds, 10-11 year olds or strictly 11’s, 11-12 year olds). We are in the process of determining the number of Managerial candidates interested in managing each of these teams.
To be eligible for a Manager position of an “All Star” team, each candidate must have been a Manager or Official Assistant Coach for a Minor or Major League team during the 2010 Season. Manager candidates for each All Star team must be presented to the Rocky Hill Little League Board of Directors by the Manager Selection Committee. The Board of Directors will review the backgrounds of each candidate and cast a vote for a Manager of each “All Star” team. Voting for each “All Star” Team Manager will occur at the next meeting of the RHLL Board of Directors to be held on June 7, 2016 beginning at 8:00 (or 8:30) pm at the Rocky Hill Community Center. We will send out an email reminder once start time is finalized. Once selected, All Star Managers may choose their official coaches.
